Does playing shooters count as multi-tasking? I have to maintain continuous focus on where someone will come from, keep my aim steady, focus around doors and corners.

During a game ur brain is always in a high attention state so it is considered as a single type of task.. Multi task should be deal with different attention States n different coordinations of our body parts .

Multitasking is possible. My mom and her twin, my aunt, want separate cakes at their party I am giving them. Instead of making two separate cakes, I double the recipe and use 4 pans to make two 2-layer cakes. Instead of giving them two separate parties as some family members suggested, I'm giving them a party together. Of course, they have separate cakes and gifts. While getting ready to walk to the mailbox at the street, Mom asks me to take out a bag of garbage. I take the bag to the curb and get the mail out of the box and walk back inside. I made one trip to the curb, took care of three tasks and saved a few minutes. That walking was part of my daily routine of a certain number of steps a day. When I was younger, I multitasked while cooking a meal. While the bread was baking, I prepared the other items. While the meat is marinating, I prepare the cream potatoes . . . . I checked the bread . . . . Many mothers have held a baby in one arm while stuffing a washer with the other hand. After that, she takes clothes out of the dryer while holding the baby. Then, the phone rings . . . . These examples may not be called multitasking to some, but they are to me. I call it "killing two birds with one stone."

I am excited that this data gets too ALL beings on this planet! Especially in a corporate environment that "requires" a Human Being to ..."multitask" (the old corporate skave plantation mindset). I've observed this changing out which seems..."slow". However, it is occurring. Yay, to Humans being in their Super Power! Thank you Jim, for being one of the messengers in our Time. 🌝🙏🏻🕯

So how do I get myself to focus on one task? Because my mind gets bored easily and likes to jump around from thought to thought to keep myself entertained. * *I may have undiagnosed ADHD, that’s probably pertinent information

Just a small tip. That it worked for me . Try it sit ideal without doing anything anything means anything without any object in ur hands without watching any mobile or any screens. Don't read any book . Don't use any gadget.... Just choose a place to sit in a chair for 8 hours n eat in normally in that place . Try this for three days. N later select a task n do it with lots of attention.

Sleep is best technique to refresh 🧠 brain. Because brain food is very sufficient if we are alive no doubt it is in lack of fuel (energy) but the thing is brain gets exhausted in terms of temparature, ions potential gradient , frequency of brain waves , so simply take a small nap it will sure gets refresh .. To get alertness it need rush so get an expresso coffee or do what excites u very much..🎉
