I love how this movie is self-aware, campy, over-the-top, and cringe in the sense of a modern-day cult classic teen flick. It’s everything we’ve been waiting and yearning for. I was pleasantly surprised by this film. It made me nostalgic for Cruel Intentions, Jawbreaker, all of the great teen movies I grew up watching. Camilla and Maya did such a great job together. I’m happy to see Camilla and other people in the Riverdale cast (like Lili Reinhart) getting great roles and getting to show their talent.

I love Ashley’s commentary on movies, I actually enjoyed Do Revenge! The references were so well done when Drea stands in the hallway that’s Regina in Mean Girls thinking she’s won. Also, they did 10 Things I Hate About You, for the paint throwing scene then the two love interests kiss at the end, loved it! 😲💓 -Largely due to the fashion and seeing Camilla Mendes do something different. Austin Abrams plus Jonathan Daviss were surprises in the best way possible!!
