I believe the alternative actually. People tend to forget in theorising that, yes, psychics EXIST in FNAF! That's what I used to believe the wall code in SB was. Now, this PsychicOswald alternative theory does not explain a couple things, like, how can he take objects from the past into the future? Or how his actions in the past change things in the future? Well, that's something that is also explained in FF: > He stood and tried to shake off his disorientation. He was standing a few feet away from a railroad track. A figure was visible, standing on the tracks. He moved closer. Wait. There were two figures. One was the horrible monstrosity he'd been chasing in whatever alternate reality or break with reality he was experiencing. The other, held in the arms of the first, was a kid in some kind of costume. Eleanor spun him around, no doubt making him dizzy and disoriented. The kid struggled and fought, kicking his long legs-was he dressed as a bird? -but he was tangled in his costume and couldn't get himself free. In the distance, Larson heard the whistle of a train. He ran to the tracks. Eleanor turned her head and locked eyes with Larson. She let go of her victim, jumped up, and took off across a nearby field. The kid in the strange bird costume was still on the tracks, tangled in his weird bird suit and disoriented. Larson pushed him off the tracks. He landed in a ditch, but at least he wasn't in the path of the train. Larson waited while the train roared past, then started running across the field where Eleanor had headed. But soon it was apparent that it was too late. She was gone. That was a quote from the 11th epilogue too. In it, it is revealed that Larson was the one to save Sam (from Blackbird) from being hit by the train. This fact is further confirmed by the Ultimate Guide, which outright says that Larson was able to change the outcome of the memory by just interacting with it. So, despite what most of the community is saying, yes, Oswald CAN change the future if he changes the past. Heck! He prevented Afton from killing even more kids! He saved lives, even when he isn't actually time travelling. Also, I heard the theory that Oswald was able to draw the animatronics (something that happens in both the book and the game) simply because he was connected and being influenced by the pit long before he ever found it. I did believe that was the case, but this other option isn't bad.

I think him bring items from the past is either loop theory or gameplay reasons. Now while Larson did save Sam, I don't think he changed the past but changed the memory of that incident contained in the pit. The yellow rabbit here is not Afton and these kids were actually just part of the memory/rabbit replicating the event to perpetuate the agony from the memory gaining more power. As for the building changing, I think it's again loop theory or something related to the flipside shenanigans from World “everything that happens out there has an effect here. Or something about the building being haunted itself like how it was in the movie. Alterations in the memory affect the building 🤷 Thank you for watching :)

@@Glitchxiety I'm sorry. I didn't mean The Yellow Thing was literally Afton, but that he replaces Afton in this memory realm. Just like Eleanor... replaced herself (?) in the memory realm she created. The actions the rabbit does in the memory are those Afton did, though it can do what it wants.

I'm pretty sure the books are in game books to retell events. That literally explains everything, including the fact that they said it's a retelling... The books are only real to an extent of having some things that happened.
@GlitchxietyАй бұрын
If you're saying the books are in-universe for the games then I don't think that can work. 1) Who made the books and why? If it was Fazbear then why did they do it? What purpose? Cover up things but then there's the issue that I talk about in point 2. If it isn't Fazbear then we have no answer as to who wrote then and nothing implies some one wrote them in-universe either you know. 2) Fazbear would be retelling events that the public wouldn't even know about and stuff they realistically should not know about either. If the books are meant to be retellings to cover up stuff like Help Wanted was then Fazbear would be revealing stuff the public would not know about and that would be quite sus if these stories "supposedly" never happened in the first place. 3) The books don't really retell events, they are stories about new things that we never knew about nor are they advertised as such. Unless you're talking about the game then yeah it's a retelling of the original story which doesn't make either the story of game invalid imo and Return to the Pit is also a retelling for some reason. Thank you for watching and leaving your comment :)

@@Glitchxiety Think about it. What did Help Wanted say at the very beginning of the game? And who actually made those games to make things seem more whimsical rather than true events?

Is it possible for Oswald to be living in 2020, but somehow reliving his past lives as the multiple protagonists that we follow in the Fazbear books, especially the ones set way before 2020?
@GlitchxietyАй бұрын
I don't think so no. It would always be 2020 for Oswald as that would be his memory
@Neku628Ай бұрын
Is it even possible to keep going through a loop even when you're still alive? Is it going to be like some Higurashi plot; where the main character dies a horrific death, only to try to prevent their death in the next loop. However, it still ends up with the character dying, but at least their friends and the main character learn that they are in a loop.
@GlitchxietyАй бұрын
No it's not a loop like that. Some suggest that it's possible that Oswald is just in the pit and his consciousness is trapped going through a loop of the events of the story. However, it's more likely imo if loop theory is true that Oswald like the other trapped souls in the pit died. His soul would be trapped in the pit reliving the same events without remembering he even died.
@Neku628Ай бұрын
@@Glitchxiety I'd like to see a spin on the loop theory about him still being alive. Sure, it would be harder to figure what's going on; a looper still being alive but somehow still looping through their traumatic memories where they nearly died.

This game is weird when it’s supposed to clarify the book debate, but there’s this theory that I want to throw out called “Stitchline Reboot.” It’s a theory where the Stitchwraith Stingers gets a rebooted so that the books can fit within the Games’ storyline, mainly to do course corrections to still follow up the same story. So what I’m seeing is that I personally believe Oswald did went through a loop, but under this theory he’s going through a torture like UCN and sees himself as part of the MCI- so he’s manifesting as the “sixth kid” in Into the Pit. And with the minigames shown in the game, I could see this as Oswald memory searching others to free them, he also does this in the game- so it’s possible he’s going through others’ memories to save them from Eleanor’s clutches. And with how the Ballpit manipulates the present due to the past, I think this is like the Flipside. More of Oswald having hallucinations due to the agony memories and it ends up corrupting both sides. I want to throw this out, but I think Into the Pit takes place after FFPS- I’m not really convinced with the 2020 evidence- but my theory idea is that after FFPS, Afton ends up hiding in the ballpit to survive the fire and has his torture nightmare consuming the ballpit; later, the ballpit was sold by Jeff and Jeff then took most of the Fazbear’s Fright relics- and this’ll form FNAF World and UCN during that time. And after that, ITP occurs. I’m not sure, I’m throwing out things I personally believe in. But this game is really confusing for me Also, here’s Sire Squawks’s video about the “Stitchline Reboot”: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rGWZY6x9ib2KiJIsi=B4aHiOAfHvxRoPTU

I feel like this theory doesn't hold up on account how many people interact with Oswald, like Dave, the environment, his schoolmates, and Oswald's parents. If Oswald were a spirit, how would so many people be able to interact with him on top of the environment interacting with him, that just doesn't hold up that this is a loop where Oswald is a spirit if there's so much stuff interacting with him if he's supposed to be a spirit

I agree with Entom’s theory. Like you said, it explains all the weird details, including the Stitchwraith being in 2020. I do think the Stitchwraith being here is more of an easter egg rather than an actual important appearance. The 1985 pizzeria literally mentions Gregory having the high scores on the arcades so I’m willing to chalk up the appearance as a fun cameo. If the Stitchwraith appeared in a minigame however, then it would be a more important topic for discussion, but I don’t think it’s anything huge.
