Yeah I agree for the most part. People take issue with Mike being the couch guy as it feels like a change of character we see in 4. So to me, I don’t think it’s implausible for couch guy and Mike in 4 to be the same. person

For Mrs Afton, there's a theory that Vanessa's past could parallel the Aftons as her father is named Bill A./being fake memories given by Glitchtrap based off the actual Aftons. The theory is that William made his kids turn against their mother during a custody battle, where William won and Mrs Afton took her own life.

If that's the case William probably forced Mike to give the false testimony. If Mrs. Afton was divorcing William after 2 of their children have died then it's possible that Mike was already being tortured in the nightmare chambers to be totally compliant.

I don’t really think couch person being gray means that he’s Michael considering that in the last game Mike had a purple shirt and was generally more associated with purple so it complicates things more. Couch persons personality doesn’t really match up with Michael’s as well, Michael is much more snarky and couch person is very blunt and to the point. Yes, they are brothers but it doesn’t really make much sense for his personality to completely 180 in fnaf 4 where he is constantly bullying his brother and making fun of him. Still a good video but I don’t really fully agree with it.

Imo, I wouldn't say his personality is a complete 180 from 4. Michael isn't some evil person who absolutely hated BV. He was sincerely sorry for taking the pranks too far. It should also be noted the majority of BVRunaway theories have the setup that BV isn't scared yet, and so Michael wouldn't be on the fnaf 4 level of meanness at this point yet. As well, the couch person being Mike is a lot more than the grey shirt, as there is the TV watching too. In fact, the entire scenario in that living room heavily ties back to SL. We have the same type of table the TV is on (not a consistent design in the series, as seen in fnaf 4), the living room is blue, and the dynamic between the couch person and the yellow guy is a callback to Clara confronting Vlad in the immortal and the restless (and the logbook tells us Clara is supposed to be representing Mike).

​​@@zenvariety9383the couch person is michael because one the pixelated sprites look similar to Michael's fnaf 4 pixelated sprites 2 the text color for the couch person is very similar to michael's text color in fnaf 4 and michael literally watches TV in fnaf 5 cutscenes like how the couch person does and also just because michael bully's the crying child doesn't mean he is some heartless monster like william logically it's normal if brothers bully each other but that doesn't mean they wouldn't have compassion for one another they just being kids yk kids aren't really yk and the grave looking thing could have Mrs.afton's dead body in it if I remember correctly one of the tapes in security breach if that is what you called it talked about a mother that possibly lets just say "reset character" but anyways you get the point.

@@ahusky4498 Let me make it clear that I do not think Mike is a monster/evil person. But I definitely do think he is a bully and a teenager who didn’t know any better. My problem with him being couch person is that he has been consistently characterised as someone who is very snarky, someone who doesn’t take things seriously when he really should. Everything from FNAF 4 to the survival logbook says this and in FNAF 4, Michael is constantly pulling pranks on his brother for his own enjoyment. In the survival logbook, he is basically always making jokes about fazbear entertainment and trying to find humour in almost everything in the book. Even in the sister location cutscene, he makes a sound that can be interpreted as a light scoff when he says the animatronics thought he was William. In my opinion the bite of 83 was what made him realise that he had gone too far with his brother and he tries to atone for it. The problem is that this doesn’t line up with couch person at all really. Couch person is way more subdued, Michael has never acted anything like this in the franchise. I don’t see how he could go from that to locking his brother in a back room and shoving him into the mouth of Fredbear in fnaf 4. Immortal and the restless is about vlad lying and gaslighting Clara the whole time about what’s going on which doesn’t really line up with couch person in midnight motorist. Couch person just tells William to not do something which doesn’t really line up with what happens in immortal and the restless. Also, the walls of the living room in SL looks more like a greenish colour to me. And in SB, the Mike room blatantly has walls that are very green. The only real connection to me is that they both watch TV, the problem with that is that a lot of people watch TV. I do get why people think bv is the runaway but I just think that Mike running away lines up with both characterisations more.

I think with a company as shady as Fazbear it's not a stretch to think that Mike didn't need to be 18+ to work in FNAF2. I could easily see Fazbear claiming a 12AM-6AM shift as a part time morning shift. It also being the 80s I'd say the oldest Mike would have to be is 16, maybe even 14 with a work permit.

Also an adult working the 12-6 in 87 doesn't necessarily mean the position can't also be worked by a 16 year old before school. I'm just pointing out that Michael doesn't necessarily have to be 18+ to be Fritz Smith.

Yeah no what I mean is if his main motive involved sensing his brothers presence and the first time he did was MM’s night, then he would have to sit around till at least fnaf 2 to do something if the age was a problem which I find odd. As he would definitely attempt to connect with his brother sooner.

Shadow freddy could have probably cause the crying child to follow him to fredbear's the place where charlie died and then showed him charlie but then again fredbear's would be very far from the midnight motorist house judging from the mini game and how long it takes william to get back home but anyways that's just my thought on one of the things in midnight motorists I not saying everything I saying is true.

But that wouldn't make that much senses because charlie can't just already possess the puppet and then figure out how to create some shadow puppets and control them to do her commands and also shadow freddy is more connected with william and golden freddy and the puppet is already broken by the time it reached charlie so basically charlie can't do anything while possessing the puppet in a broken state because like the fnaf book the forth closet said that the soul is connected with what the animatronic feels so if the animatronic gets damaged they also take the damage they would also feel it so charlie is basically paralyzed at that moment while possessing the puppet and all of that but anyways uh yeah that's all I wanted to say.

Honestly, it's possible that Charlie could have died in 1987. With Elizabeth being dead by the time of Midnight Motorist and Henry having a happy family with two to three children of his own thus mirroring the Afton family could explain the motive for killing Charlie. Besides, Mike is most likely the runaway. Dave would be dead, possibly dying after Elizabeth, especially if he saw from outside of the room Circus Baby yank his sister inside of her stomach hatch.

@@zenvariety9383 Maybe William's inspiration to create the funtimes was CC and not Charlie as we have always thought. Also, The layout matches FNaF 4 one. Why Scott didn't show Elizabeth in the minigame, because she's already dead. Something curious I've noticed is that the car goes at the speed of 200 mph, the first car ever created was in 1987, could that be a hint?. However, Charlie must have died in 1983 due to Henry's speech & HW2 code. Maybe It's either the night of the DCI or How Michael became security guard. Moreover, In FFPS we must complete three minigames to get the lore keeper ending what If these three minigames are showing each crime that William did?. Midnight Motorist...
