Strange my doctor told me to stop using a high protein diet (Nutrisystem) cause is causing me uric acid to go up and my latest kidney stones were made by that. Basically told me to go Vegan !! for people like me ...how can we live with low protein and want to lift? I'm depressed ...

Great Videos Sid, can you please do a video on clarifying about egg white vs yolks, there are many videos that say egg yolks do not harm our blood cholesterol. Theres a lot of contradictory information in you tube which says consuming 6 whole eggs are safe.. hoping for your reply. Thanks

Being a gym trainer from Pakistan, I advise you take one yolk and 5 eggs whites in one meal. Yolks can increase cholesterol, irritate your stomach or stop you feeling hungry. Taking too much yolks can lead you to jaundice being the worst effect.

I had a blood test recently. My Lipoprotein value came significantly high and LDL value came to be slightly hjgh than normal value range. Is taking more quantity of protein causing this issue. My Age is 22. Weight 76 KG. Daily Protein intake- 140-160 gm

I had started a fatloss diet where i took 1700 calories and 90 gms of protein where my weight was 79 kgs.... After following the diet for maybe a week i started developing sleep deprevation....what could be the reasons except caffeine? Please reply 🙏🏻

From my experience, it's because your dinner isn't heavy enough. Lot of people on the internet have made it popular to eat a low calorie dinner to exploit the effects of circadian rhythm. But imo the effect is minute and what would rather be preferable is to eat low calorie foods during the day and finish your day with a regular dinner so you don't starve yourself. It works for me.

Bro I was also following high protein diet meanwhile my urea got increased to 48 and creatine 1.5 ,gfr 58 after that I stopped it and followed normal food then my creatine leval came to.1.2 and urea 25 .. this incident make me mad and I was completely afraid to follow high protein diet

Its been years.Im pure vegan and im taking around 120gm soya per day its safe unless you take 1.5kg per day.which is impossible to take per day.

It is not advisable. In normal circumstances you can have one spoon of desi ghee per day only to maintain good health.

Bhai I have one question: I am working out alternate days So do I need to consume full protein criteria on my off days is ok ? Monday chest and lats Tuesday off day Wednesday biceps and triceps Thursday off day Friday shoulder and collars Saturday off day On working days, I consume 130 gram protiens But on my off days, do I need to take 130 grams of protein as well ? Just avoid the food with high purine. Take half table spoon baking soda and mix in water and drink it empty stomach for 2 weeks. Hope your uric acid will go normal.

Put one small piece of supari in tadka when cooking pulses, non veg etc it helps to make protein digestible and decrease uric acid accumulation. Also add hing in tadka.
