Being a gym trainer from Pakistan, I advise you take one yolk and 5 eggs whites in one meal. Yolks can increase cholesterol, irritate your stomach or stop you feeling hungry. Taking too much yolks can lead you to jaundice being the worst effect.

From my experience, it's because your dinner isn't heavy enough. Lot of people on the internet have made it popular to eat a low calorie dinner to exploit the effects of circadian rhythm. But imo the effect is minute and what would rather be preferable is to eat low calorie foods during the day and finish your day with a regular dinner so you don't starve yourself. It works for me.

Bro I was also following high protein diet meanwhile my urea got increased to 48 and creatine 1.5 ,gfr 58 after that I stopped it and followed normal food then my creatine leval came to.1.2 and urea 25 .. this incident make me mad and I was completely afraid to follow high protein diet

Its been years.Im pure vegan and im taking around 120gm soya per day its safe unless you take 1.5kg per day.which is impossible to take per day.

Just avoid the food with high purine. Take half table spoon baking soda and mix in water and drink it empty stomach for 2 weeks. Hope your uric acid will go normal.

Put one small piece of supari in tadka when cooking pulses, non veg etc it helps to make protein digestible and decrease uric acid accumulation. Also add hing in tadka.
