@Ugliest beautiful creation It's totally safe. You can lose anywhere between 4-5 kgs a month. And if you are obese, then it's good to come out of that zone ASAP. Atleast this is what my dieticians say. You might be the real expert, who knows.

I did the same mistakes numbered : 2,3,4 .. I was 98kg in Aug,2020 and I was around 75kgs by December,2020 .. I lost weight as well as muscles bcz I was doing Cardio.. After that, I started following your channel and moved myself in the correct direction .. Since then, i m doing weight training and making sure my protein requirements are met.. Thanks for actually pointing out the right way of weight loss rather than just focusing on the end result of meeting the scale.. Kudos to you, man.. ☺️☺️

I did same mistake before watching your videos ... i was 84 kg and very fatty personality.. side fat and belly fat was too much .. i was not even comfortable to wear office formal cloths .. i used to do too much cardio no muscle training that’s why lose my weight but even loss my muscle more than fat .. my weight loss happening due to muscle loss not bcos of fat loss .. after 3 to 4 months i was literally lose my weight upto 65 kg and look like skinny fatty no muscles ever ... when i follow you and i watched each and every video of you and firstly i purchase weights.. and started muscle training .. and it is one month i am doing this and satisfying to look at my body in front of mirror.. all thanks to you ... now i am doing little bit gaining for broad muscle ...

I have been learning and using your knowledge and it's working out great, now I plan to get my parents onboard too. The things that concern me is their age (50+), their ability to perform exercises, and their weight. My father weighs around 100 and has a minor trouble in the knees. (obvious due to weight).
