HUGE IDEA: have a 'snatch battle' with someone where you play HORSE with complexes at an agreed weight. Like who can disrespect 100kg to most, exploiting the other's technical weaknesses to do something they can't. Could be fun with Zak or maybe Ryan, or you could do it with a % of max against Maddison but that would be too easy for her.

Do a "composite total day" - it consists of the snatch, clean and jerk, squat, bench press and deadlift into a total in that order.

Max incline bench. I heard from the old bodybuilder at the gym that incline bench carries over to your jerk and back when he used to train in the same gym as Stefan Botev, he saw Stefan doing incline bench and told the younger version of the bodybuilder that it was for his jerk.

Zerchers deads are easier than normal deadlifts. You dont need to worry about your hands slipping. You should try to max it out

Due to me being in weight training(school), I needed more time to strengthen my posterior chain. I changed from conventional to sumo because it decreased the stress on my back and hips. There is a science-based answer to why sumo is easier to perform, other than the back focus; the distance from the ground to the lockout is shorter. Anyway, I do sumo deadlifts because it target glut and hamstrings, which feels good after back squatting.

Sumo drops the hips, which decreases torso angle, placing less stress on the lower back; the answer lies in the differences between positional leverage.

Sumo plus good leverages = a clown lift. Sumo is not better for everybody but you're not going to find somebody conventionally pulling 400 lb over their sumo max.
