Hey Matt, just a quick note about the higher seating position. Mazda had to raise them by around 1.3" to accommodate the hybrid battery. Unfortunately, that eats into the headroom. Rear legroom is also reduced. I'd still take it over a RAV4 because I prefer Mazda's nicer interiors.

All bad comments becouse cant affor it and just are gelous.!!!! Got a new one few weeks a go at 60k ! Pretty sick! Went on a mountain tripp 5 hour driving and i just amazing super conformable and very capable.

New reality. Most of the higher end hybrids will be in this range unfortunately.

@@MattTheCarguy Yeah I'm aware but I feel like the car is so mid grade. Or even lower than mid grade. I would be happy to pay 35k but 40? No. Out the door you know it's gonna be like 45 or more. I can get a hybrid camry xse for that price I'm pretty sure. kia has some great offerings also in that range and they are to me upper mid grade. to me high end would be like lexus. Then you get into luxury cars beyond high end. mercedies or like jajuar.

@@lnstall_Wizardi think that too but for camry xse, waiting time is crazy my friend. Thet say 8-10 months and that tentative time not sure. It can go upto one year or more. That is the only reason i don't see any point to buy camry. And cx50 also has the same reliable engine and good design. So its a good option in the market right now.

It's not the best, seat feels weird, infotainment is kinda odd to use. And remote start is a subscription.

Not cheap but most higher trim Hybrids will be in the 40k range.

@@MattTheCarguy I have a deposit on a Rav4 XSE hybrid, the MSRP is $44k. At my dealer the Camry hybrids are going for $42k to $44k. I do not consider the CX-50 hybrid expensive.
