Yep for me it comes naturally, I don't even think about it. I hit overhands harder with my left hand because I throw left handed.

You can get a good paddle for $100 easily. Vatic Prism Flash is one I recommend a lot. Every person I know that has tried pickleball winds up liking it, no exaggeration.
