Al, another great video as always , great to see you and Papa Pepper at the start , As per our conversation at the start I did indeed manage to get a course PB , so if its not the cigarettes and alcolhol in keeping with recent current affairs, then it must be these sleek Al Pepper Runs racing vests . Great weekend was had and whats more the Boros did obtain 3 points away from home without so much as a speeding ticket (Cheeky Monkey comes to mind) Keep on running Al. BTW if you think the Boro 10K is fast look out for the Redcar Running Festival Zetland 10K end of September , you would be able to still enter .

Brilliant vlog Al. It's such a good route. I live 1km from Albert Park and it's a lovely park to run in. We take the school running club there, to MIMA and the Temenos too. You did brilliantly on the day mate. You're getting ever stronger. Take care and I'll see you soon.
