You're gonna need to do something better with your water container, if you drive with it on top of the kitchen. That strap won't do much in an accident, and you'll have 20Kg flying towards the back of your head pretty quickly.

Yeah definitely not a permanent solution, going to incorporate water storage into the rear drawers down the track
