Hi Dani! This is Isabel. Thank you so much for answering my message :) I unfortunately did not recover my period, but I think this was due to my still restrictive mindset -- counting calories, removing the skin from meats, avoiding dressings or condiments -- which your content has helped me recognize. I am now trying to eat intuitively and listen to my body regardless of the amount that I eat. Some days ago, I started feeling the same symptoms. Hopefully this is a positive sign that my body is trying to recover fully! Thank you for all your help! And yes! You are 100% about the planks 😅

Hello, i do have breast tenderness on and of and mucus , but mu period never comes. I have been struggling for almost a year now. Almost no excersize, no restriction. Only thing is - i have invisalign so snacking is imposible;(
