Is Xavi Hernandez Destroying Vitor Roque’s Career? Is FC Barcelona F*cking Finished?

➡️ Vitor Roque’s agent, Andre Cury, has hit out at Barcelona and Xavi for the Brazilian’s lack of game time at the club. The youngster arrived in January but has spent most of his time on the bench, with Xavi saying recently he could go out on loan.
Cury says that is not an option for the forward and claims Xavi does not even speak to the 19-year-old.
Roque’s agent has also insisted the situation has to change and has warned Barcelona the forward could leave permanently as he’s not interested in a loan.
“We do not want a loan. If the club decides that he cannot stay, he will be sold. There are many teams interested in Vitor Roque. If the club does not give space to Vitor we will have to look for a solution. Either he stays or he is transferred,” he told RAC1.
“No one understands why Xavi doesn’t play him and doesn’t even speak to Vitor, it’s not right. We will discuss his future with Barça soon.

Xavi never wanted him in the first place. Vitor Roque is a Deco signing. Xavi wanted a worldclass pivot to relpace Busquets and Messi (who Laporta said is posibble to sign, and lied to him for the second time) or Bernardo SIlva. Instead he got Oriol Romeu, Joeo Felix and Vitor Roque. Thats why he doesnt play them. Alemany and Jodri Cruyff did everithyng to get the players that Xavi needs or at least the same type of players. With Deco is completly the opposatee, he is bringing players that noone asked for and not even the same profile of players that manager says he needs. And then there is Jorge Mendes who pushes Laporta to sign his clients (Joao Felix...) Its unfortunate for Vitor Roque who i like a lot but its Deco who promised him things that now Xavi is blamed for.

It's not about hating Xavi, it is about acknowledging the fact that he also makes mistakes is treating Vitor Roque unfairly. When Dembele did us dirty Xavi kept playing him and using him in pre-season even when his agent showed that he had no intentions of keeping Dembele at Barca. As for Vitor, Fabrizio Romano has said time and time again that the young Brazilian was offered double the wages offered by Barcelona from the likes of Tottenham and others but because of his love for our club he did not look at the money but decided to join the club of his dreams. Imagine you were in Victor's shoes how would you feel. After sacrificing to join the club of your dreams you are barely given game time. I can't help but wonder why we signed him in the first place. Barca has been struggling with goals lately are you telling me that Vitor can not make any difference at all. The boy has barely been given a chance. Real Madrid waited two years for Vinicius to start playing like he is today. We have only given Vitor 2 months and want to loan him out ? How does that make sense. Calling out xavi for his issues is not hating Barca. It's being realistic. Xavi keeps making basic mistakes that "someone that will take Barca to the next level" should NOT be making. Love your passion and I respect your support towards the club of my life, but Xavi really doesn’t show the mentality a big club needs. Flick isn’t asking for a lot of changes, hence why he wants the job otherwise he’d want guarantees rather than being on his knees begging for the job and studying the current players. I loved Xavi as a player, but reality is player Xavi would’ve hated coach Xavi. He has the eye and heart to use youngsters and get them to the top, but his other choices (Roberto being the biggest one) are so questionable. Vitor roque wasn't supposed to join until this summer, these early 6 months were for him to adapt, get some game time, learn about the tactics and the city. He joined the club coming back from a 2 month injury and from the Brazilian league, we also were already out of 2 competitions (copa del rey and supercopa) immediately as he joined so there was no way for him to get as much game time but Xavi still gave him respectable minutes considering we have one of the best strikers of this generation in our squad. He literally started a game and played almost the full 90 minutes a few days ago, and if u take a look arda guler joined madrid in july yes he was injured but has played way less minutes than roque but nobody talks about ancelotti ruining him. There is clearly an agenda against Xavi and Barcelona and the more we lose its almost like fans are forgetting that Xavi has given the most minutes to youngsters since pep. Vitors season is this upcoming season and we must wait until its over before we assess anything
