Simple, concise explanation, how to practise it on your own, how it should look like and the reasons behind why you should do this. Just great, thank you so much!

How are you reading my mind?? All the videos you've released recently are literally exactly what I'm trying to work on, when I'm trying to work on it. Thank you!!

Thank you so much! USA is the motherland of modern archery. I haven't found any content on this problem on Russian internet segment. Now I know what to correct in my full draw position.

Thank you! My coach told me about "slouch posture". But I miss information about diafragm breathing! Now I'm going to control this moment. Thanks a lot!

Hey Jake. Is that reply legit from you? Checks as a landline from argyle Tx. Or did you get hacked and this is a fishing expedition?

Great information. I have the problem or arrows going left. Never thought of my chest getting in the way. On my way downstairs to work on it. Thanks.

wow good timing for me.. we had lots of chats on discord about hitting left.. and you even to mentioned to me about clearances then.. I shall really take note when I shoot tomorrow. Thanks for a great video :)
@noahlanger24298 ай бұрын
Do you think this also creates more clearance for string slap? I rotate my elbow quite well, but still get string slap with anything except the most perfect release.

Does this also work for a woman with a very large chest? Can you please make a video for that? I’m really nervous to start shooting again now that I have an augmentation

Hi Jake, love the videos. Question about proper alignment. I'm double jointed on the elbow. I watched your form series and the recent alignment video. When I try it, my elbow hyper extends leaving my bicep getting string slapped. Any advice?

Very interesting video. I suspect I've probably got poor form in this way. If I shoot without a chest guard the shot feels strange and can be poor. Generally only take one shot before I realise I've forgotten to put on my chest guard. Would having a longer bow make this worse? I'm 6'2" burly chested, 31" draw and currently use a 72" bow but had been thinking of going to a 74" bow due to string angle, I've got a pretty decent callus on my index finger which I think is due to the string angle. No callus' on other fingers.

Superb....pless tell about Expansion..which force used Externaly or internally.How to do expansion in archery. It's internal expansion or external expansion. My point is what internal force should be done or if so what forces should be expanded.

I find I don't care so much about arrow trajectory when the bow string nearly takes my nipple off. At times like those, I don't care if I'm in the yellow or not. I could see it being a real advantage the way traditional Asiatic archers lean forward - no nipple pain!

"Much in the way of body awareness"? Was that a euphemism for severely overweight?
@JakeKaminskiArchery Жыл бұрын
No, just aware of the location and control of body parts. Unless you practice it, you won’t have awareness.

So you are telling me that +20 years sitting in front of computers is now actually useful in archery? I thought the opposite, that you should stand straight, and that's why I've been "over correcting" my posture while shooting. I've only 6 months of archery behind me and having a bit of problem sometime with string catching on something. I'll try to stand "normally" next practice time.
