When I first got saved, a few months after I received a vision of our Lord Yeshua, and after I saw Him as the Saviour I was extremely sensitive to knowing God's voice away from my own thinking. I was totally new in Christ and Lord knows I was like a spiritually wounded lamb He brought back to life and out of the world into the Kingdom. And yet I felt always knew Him somehow. A mystery of God.🤍 Anyway, I remember asking once what God wants me to read and immidiately I got: Isaiah. I didn't know any scripture at the time, maybe heard about Isaiah once somehow but I had no idea what it really was. I had no believers anywhere around me. I had to order a bible. I am sharing this within the context of a comment here to say YES, there really is something very special about the book of Isaiah since God led me to read that in the very beginning when I didn't know His word yet.

What is Jim’s goal in making these videos? I know he wants to say abiogenesis doesn’t explain OoL. But to what end? Is there a more effective way of realizing his goal than making videos? Does he have a means to make more effective change toward his goal? Also, if Jim thinks life didn’t come to be through abiogenesis, then how DID life arise? I’m sure there are many problems associated with abiogenesis. Professor Dave even admitted that we may never know how life truly came to be. But the fact that nobody can offer an alternative explanation means that abiogenesis is the best explanation we have.

In one of Professor Dave’s videos, one of Jim’s critics says that he/she wants to keep his/her name a secret because he/she “is an active researcher in which JT is (regrettably) a senior and powerful figure. In fact I’m pretty sure he refereed one of our grant applications. So I don’t want to antagonize him”. This is an exact quote from the anonymous critic. Can Jim explain why this critic felt the need to make his/her name anonymous?

Trying to see events of today through God's eyes is a very difficult and is easily confused by our poor understanding. The Gospel of John 4:24 says "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth." The chaos of world events in these days, we see with carnal (earthly) eyes, but how is this viewed with spiritual eyes?

I think James is fantastic and I want his views on science to spread as far as they can go, but for the sake of promoting God's word, I have to warn everyone that James holds to the worlds outlook on life with regards to women. The Bible gives specific commands to women, but the world tells them to do the complete opposite; and based on what I've heard of James regarding this side of life, sadly he also tells women to do the complete opposite of what God tells them to do. In short, women are commanded to do the exact opposite of pursue a career and live as modern women do. But because mankind is not smarter than God, they can only create a life plan for women that is worse and more hazardous than a natural life plan. If you look in the rates of social ills in the country, you'll find that they have only increased since the "women's liberation" movement. One of the negative by products of that is dramatic increase in divorce rates that, to this day, have been sustained. That is not a good thing and that is what happens when people reject God. I hope James breaks free of the world's grasp with regards to women's roles in the world as he has successfully broken free of the world's grasp with regards to mainstream science. It is impossible to live a godly life and embrace worldly philosophies, you either do one or the other because worldly philosophies always tell you to do the opposite of what God has commanded you to do. Let me end this on a positive note by repeating that I love what James is doing in the scientific arena.
