This year i had torn my acl over the summer playing basketball, i made it back in 6 months to play a couple of games at the end of my senior year, i had always wanted to dunk but the setback was hard ive recently been hitting the gym hard and i can see the growth in my legs, im appreciative of your knowledge and helping me in the progress to achive my goal, hopefully ill get there soon.

I allways tought Hypertrophie is just for Bodybuilding.I did some research why you guys Training Hypertrophie…….so my question is now, do you train for Hypertrophie to build more muscle fibers to recruit more motor units in the heavy strengh phase, so you can improve your max Jump potential????????? And if the answer is yes,why do this make sence because in my mind,more muscle fibers means more weight and more weight means lower vert. Pls help me,my mind is going crazy with all this new knowledge lol ,because i want to know exactly what im Training.✌️

The weight gain from the hypertrophy is marginal when compared to the strength gains and potential for power gains as long as it’s sport specific muscle mass

Test reach the Guinness way and record what you do on film. Keep John from saying anything while they test reach so people can’t say John influenced anything. Then compare your Thp reach verse Guinness reach. Boom more content and potential higher vert which can be used for Thp marketing to get more clients.

Hey, great breakdown! I am completing my hypertrophy cycle right now and moving on to strength next week. I was wondering - what does 55% on hip bridge mean? Is it 55% of your 1RM??? Also, do you train legs 3 days a week and jump on Sundays? Cuz I was doing 2 legs 2 upper body and jumping on Sunday but after seeing a blurry version of your schedule I figured you do 3 leg days, is it right?

Yeah that's exactly how my pfp is, I wake up feeling like an old man then I warm-up and I don't even feel it. On the clean pulls I noticed you actually try to pull it up, I thought you only do that on high pulls?
