We live in a world where BS gimmick exercises will get millions of views and likes, but when the highest jumper in the WORLD shows you EXACTLY what he does every single day to jump higher, along with talking about his training/giving away free knowledge, the masses won’t pay attention. I just don’t get it. I guess it’s less competition for people like us who are trying to jump higher 🤷♂️ Thank you for all the content Isaiah

There're KZbinrs have related profession posting useful information have less than 10k subscribers while there're KZbinrs who is nobody posting BS and not original stuff have millions of subscribers

If your young just eat healthy before you fully develop to guarantee max growth. Working out with weights should increase your growth rate.

BIG MYTH, 0 truth to that. would recommend to squat and deadlift with correct form from a older athlete first because they could lead to injury if you're not aware of your body
