A 1 hand 360 gets 25 on Degree of Difficulty. A 2 handed 360 gets 30. A toss up catch 1 hand 360 equals 35. A toss up 2 handed 360 equals 40. Getting a 50 on Judges Score on a 1 hand 360 gets 25 more points; giving you 75 pts for the Dunk. "Collectively Bargained predetermined by the Elite of course..." 💌🏀🔭💫💯🙏

Use the gym for squat training. You only really need it once per week. Use the other days for the 1,000 exercises you can do without a gym.
