A 1 hand 360 gets 25 on Degree of Difficulty. A 2 handed 360 gets 30. A toss up catch 1 hand 360 equals 35. A toss up 2 handed 360 equals 40. Getting a 50 on Judges Score on a 1 hand 360 gets 25 more points; giving you 75 pts for the Dunk. "Collectively Bargained predetermined by the Elite of course..." 💌🏀🔭💫💯🙏

Appreciate the videos, I want to increase my vertical but I only have access to a gym once a week do you have any reccomendations

Use the gym for squat training. You only really need it once per week. Use the other days for the 1,000 exercises you can do without a gym.

You get 16 pull ups. But what's your weight?? I'm dwarf of 93lbs and of 3'10". 😁☺ I can get 7 pull ups by each single arm on "Pull Mate Up" bar despite my age of 43-year. 😁🥰😚🤗

I weight 75 kg and could add 8kg katabell to equalize your weight and mine and do more than 16 chin ups. This is the only lift I can do better than you )
