Love this and love you!! What do you suggest for wrist pain? It can be challenging to do plank position, etc. because my wrist hurt so much when I do 😢

Have a little browse around and start with the ones that say ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS...stick to those for 2 weeks at keast 4x a week, then move onto the beginners...
