wow i’m so thankful i happened upon this video! i was looking for a pilates workout with weights and immediately clicked this because honestly, there aren’t many Black women on KZbin doing pilates! i’ve wanted to see myself in the pilates realm more, so i am happy that you are here!

This is my all time favorite workout now. You’re voice is so calming to listen to and it makes my 6am workouts before work feel so much less intimidating than other videos I’ve tried. I love the pace of this routine- I feel like I have time to breathe and focus on my body alignment while doing this workout and the incorporation of the weights adds a perfect challenge. I would love to see more videos like this or videos with resistance bands since I don’t have a lot of weights at home. Thank you for sharing this routine!!

I loved this workout! I've been working on my arms a lot lately but haven't done much pilates and this was super challenging! I alternated between light and heavier weights. I'm definitely going to do this again! :)

Fantastic! I loved this one. I’m here in my late luteal phase and definitely had to pause a few times throughout 😂 but I’ll be in back in follicular phase with heavier weight! 🎉

This workout was great. I feel like I worked out more than my former studio sessions. You can't get injured or pull a muscle while doing your workouts because you incorporate stretching into everything, I appreciate you for that. ❤❤❤❤

Isa your workouts are amazing. They already became part of my routine. The whole workout was very comfortable. My only two comments would be that I personally like to work out my arms more intensively; for that I'd suggest some routines focused more on arms and upper body. Nevertheless the core and staircaise part were great and really challenging my core is definitely getting healthier and stronger thanks to these repairing classes. Also I am much more aware of the srtength of my core and can use it for my daily moves. Many thanks again, Isa, keep shining queen.

I went from a gym rat to mostly just doing yin yoga and now wanting to bring a balance of both back in so this was PERFECT. I even clapped for you and us all at the end. Second video I did from you, two days ago, the other one was my first Pilates session, I did this one after that one, thankfully, because the other one barely did anything to me, whereas this one was really challenging and fun at parts. Awesome video, will check more videos from you, but I m mostly looking for more intensive routines, which this one had with the weights, but hopefully can also find something without them, so I can do it anywhere.

I liked the compound moves a lot, although idk if an isometric hold as half the move counts 🧐. The weighted roll down/ups were something I’d never done before and they felt so good! I’m excited to try your other videos!

Hi! I just searched "weighted pilates" and saw your thumbnail and I was like OMG this woman is gorgeous! I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but the class was pretty challenging!! Thank you!! I love the focus on arms because so many pilates videos on here are very leg focused.

This was my first of your classes and I will be back. I usually work out with heavier weights but liking having one or two days with lighter weights and a lot of stability work. First, I still felt the weights :) and second I loved the core work.
