It's kinda poetic that the first person to destroy L'Manberg was Wilbur himself, the man that Niki loved, but when they rebuilt due to the L'Mantree still existing, Niki, the one that Wilbur loved more than anyone at the time, was the one that finally tore out the old roots and ended the madness for good. She destroyed the Tree cause it symbolizes the person that she loved, the one to betray them, the one that broke her heart, and it also symbolizes L'manberg, Wilbur's proudest creation, the thing that tore the server apart, caused incomprehensible war, and drove the man she loved insane. I love how Tommy kept telling to Techno to listen to him when he himself never listened to what Techno told him. He only called Techno a friend when it was convenient for him. Techno might be selfish but at least he has the guts to fully live up to it, unlike Tommy who keeps trying to portray himself as the wronged or the one that was betrayed but refuses to acknowledge the fact that he has also betrayed a lot of people.
