I came back after 9 years, I moved to the US in 2014. I found these videos the same year when I was living in Jamaica. I knew I had to leave. Almost 10 years later some things have gotten better but some things have definitely gotten worse. Life has been a roller coaster without family, but I get up everyday and try to find peace. 👍😍Wow! I feel like I was supposed to hear him say “know thy self” I have been saying that over and over to people (and myself) for the last couple of weeks. I think this was confirmation that I’m on the right track. I’m not gay and it has nothing to do with that. It’s about life for any and all of us and all of the stuff that life serves us along the way on our journey (love, loss, personal development, set backs etc). Just when I was feeling hopeless, he says “know thy self, don’t become bitter, don’t take the bait, love yourself, continue to love yourself, that’s where your power is”. I don’t follow him (but I will now), I don’t know a lot about him except the snippets of his persona that I’ve seen in various interviews and shows etc. I’ve always thought he was fabulous and that he has the “it” factor. This great message and encouragement is wonderful for anyone of any age no matter gender or sexual preference. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
