The Fuga binding vow was done in the heian era, as it was in effect during shibuya. I.E he could only use the fire arrow at low output against jogo, but blew up shibuya after using M.S. the binding vow is that at the cost of only use it against 1 person outside of his domain, when he opens is domain the Technique is able to target multiple at a much higher velocity and the damage output is much higher. The W.C.S was at the cost of using it once with no conditions, he must now chant, hand sign and point the direction of the slash. Each binding vow he has made, has already been paid, as he is paying the condition up front. It just seems like he keeps getting asspulls, because he is able to use these to his advantage. This dudes battle I.Q and knowledge of jujutsu far outclasses everyone. When Gojo domain was broke the first 2 times, Sukuna could’ve changed the domain conditions to his 200m max output and regain Kamino, but chose not too, as he wanted a sure fire way to bypass infinity outside the domain. He chose to keep the domain battles up to prioritize adapting his main technique. Sukuna is the type to want to leave the battle with some form of new gained knowledge of jujutsu. That’s why he finds Itadori so boring, as he already understands him.

hope everyone also realize that: +) the binding vows here where used very clever by sukuna as it put minimum tolls on his body to get the closest effect of what sukuna wants (the domain put a heavy toll however since sukuna is using all the remaining healthy parts of his brain ,that's why the domain can only last 99 sec and sukuna is now feeling really hard to use his CT due to severe brain damage) +)gege has actually cooked since the beginning

While I agree with your other points, I think you are mistaken in implying that Sukuna went to battle against Gojo with adapting to Infinity as his main goal. He wanted to kill Gojo first and foremost, and to do that his plan was to adapt to Unlimited Void, not to Infinity. The biggest evidence towards my claim is that right after the last domain expansion from Gojo, Sukuna claims Gojo can't open another one, but unaware that he himself can't open a domain anymore either. If he really wanted to adapt to Infinity, he could've held back until Mahoraga finished its adaptation, knowing he can end the fight with one last domain. Instead he did not play around and immediately tried to open his domain again, which he also was planning to enclose the barrier to block escape through teleportation, but he failed to do so. That's when his goal shifted to adapting to Infinity, since he doesn't have a domain to counter Infinity anymore.

I really feel like the picnic scene is Yuji's innate domain. We've see this scene first in the manga when Choso and Yuji's blood mixed which brings Choso into Yuji's innate domain domain via his talent and instinctual Kamo bloodline. Blood is part of the body which is part of the soul. While Choso was about to finish an unconscious Yuji, their blood mixed their souls resonated (which was also mentioned in this chapter). Choso was brought to the picnic (Yuji's innate domain) and suffered a breakdown at the realization that revenge for his brothers meant killing his other brother which he just realized excited that causes him traumatic malfunction (Which also interests Sukuna as it happens). Yuji's palm is touching Chose as he forms a barrier so, it appears like Yuji is pulling in Choso (consciously this time) to extend their last moments together and have a personal one on one (domains can dilate time). The way Yuji acts in that picnic scene is so natural ,he knows exactly where he is and what is happening outside within Sukana's domain. We also see this picnic scene in the anime(1st season) end credits where Yuji and friends included Junpie are walking in this picnic scene.
