Trust me on this one… If you have been caught up in people pleasing tendencies, or your attention constantly feels scattered and pulled in many directions, quite often out there concerned with other people, then you may well have forgotten yourself.
Yoga reminds you:
1. That you have a body!
2. Where your body begins and ends.
3. What sensations your body has in response to different emotions, thoughts and experiences
4. That different sensations in your body inform you of what you like and don’t like
5. Of your own strength and personal power
6. To reflect on situations that didn't/don’t feel good
7. Of your own values and beliefs
8. To look after yourself
9. To breath and create headspace for yourself
