What do you need right now?
It can be hard to notice what you need if your attention is drawn towards other people and what is going on in the world around you.
It can be hard also if you find multitasking overwhelming, or if you get stuck into a task and are so hyper-focused that you forget to pee/drink/eat, etc.
Having yoga as part of a routine, gives you that touch point to filter out the noise and notice what is going on for you. This then means we have a better chance of looking after ourselves in the way we need.
