It’s Christmas again, but why does it seem like something is still missing?

The Christmas season is often a time of year where we expect everything and everyone to be at peace and full of joy. It’s a time of year which has become so commercialized and superficial. This Christmas, let us just not go through the motions of reciting the baby Jesus story, opening gifts, getting together with family, and trying to be filled with happy nostalgic feelings. Let us instead gain a fresh perspective of the true Christmas story and be filled with the hope and joy that only God can give.
