Hi Anthony, I've never been the cool guy, actually I've always found difficult to relate and even talk to other students in my school. I always spend my time alone, lunch alone, go home alone...even play basket alone. But then everything changed the day I prepared this salad and brought it to school, everybody in the lunching room (or whatever it Is called I have no clue) smelled it and turned to see where that beautiful smell came from. They started asking me the recipe and even talk to me, I got new friends, boys fight to have me in their team, girls scream when I look at them, even the teachers beg me to become their sons' boyfriend. And that's not the craziest part, the father of one guy at my school is actually a very famous cook and one day he proposed me to open a restaurant together that only served this salad. All of this thanks to you Anthony...only thanks to you

A couple tips for the dressing: Toasting the mixed nuts in the oven before blending will elevate your dressing if the nuts are not pre-roasted Also, slowly add the oil while blending a little bit at a time. This will stop your dressing from splitting which is especially nice if you want to make a bigger batch for later use.

Very nice ! Ive been hooked on salad made by the guys at Nopi in the UK. It's basically mixed greens, mint, cilantro, green onion, red chilli, marinated Ginger, salted peanuts, and toasted coconut shavings in a mirin, lime juice, rice vinager, fish sauce dressing. Its soo good 😊
