320g glutinous rice flour
35g arrowroot starch
250g granulated sugar
250g coconut milk
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
100g Water
150g shredded fresh mature coconut
400g sliced young coconut meat
Purple food coloring or dried butterfly pea flower
