- Hello friends!
-Today we're having fried potato pies for dinner.
- I would like to share this simple and very tasty recipe with you.
- Take 4 potatoes.
- Fill the pan with potatoes with water.
- Cook until fully cooked.
- Peel the peel from the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes.
- Add 80 grams of breadcrumbs.
- 100 grams of Parmesan cheese.
- Chop the parsley finely.
- Add to the potatoes.
- 2 eggs.
- Salt.
- Black pepper.
- Mix everything well.
- We bake small cakes.
- Add enough oil to a frying pan and heat well over medium heat.
- Place the potato patties on the griddle.
- Fry on both sides until the crust is golden brown.

Hello.. for the first recipe .in Algeria we have almost the same.. we just add cheeze inside each potatoe ball and before frying we roll the Balls in flour then eggs then breadcrums ....very happy to watch you again... Best greetings❤.
