I did this for many years, now I'm 70, always wore a mask and still ended up with emphasima. I know it's awkward, but if you don't wear one and change it often, you won't make to my age. Do yourself a favor, and put in on. Great video and craftmanship!

You can talk through an N95 mask. Softseal V-folds are my favorites. No creation is worth losing your health.

Just love this channel, I am building a 1947 Ford Prefect - nothing like the skills being seen here but I can really appreciate the skill and quality of the work. Once that chunk came out, I think I would have been heading to the hardware store to get new blades for the reciprocating saw. I about sharted my pants when the chunk came out, LOL! I love your speed and tenacity through the good and the bad. Keep up the good work, eh!

I like it all one piece before the cut. Looks so smooth. But I know it needs to come off. Hopefully will look as smooth when it’s all finished. But it definitely needs a fender cover for sure. Beautiful!

The leather golf club covers, i guess for drivers, make great jack stand perch covers to keep from knicking up shiny paint on frames. The leather ones with the zipper on the side, not the sock kind that pulls over. Can usually be found cheap in thrift stores and fleamarkets

Chad the car is looking Great , a little tip on the body saws is i never buy body saw blades I've always just trim a piece of hacksaw blades down to fit the body saw the blade last longer i think . Have a nice day.

BAD chad is right. i amputated my thumb with the same angle grinder set up you have, only i had not removed the safety guard. try doing that awesome work you do with out your thumb / hand / or fingers. be safe

Im a huge fan of this show. Your small crew kicks some ass. I am beyond curious where Chad got this?? I assume you read the comments Chad. Can you share the story of where you came by this beauty? Or did you build it like the Guild guys did from scratch? You dont find these cars anywhere, there are so few. They are worth ridiculous money. Such an awesome brain on Chad. Not many can picture things in their heads and make them come to life. Looking forward to seeing it done for sure.

He built this out pf old junk Cars & it is NOT a replica like the Guild made. The guild used All magnesium & Copied the original car %100 exact

It's an old Volvo he heavily modified. If you search his channel a few years back you can see when he drug it out of the yard and started chopping it up.

Are you going to use spring suspension on the rear of the car 🚗? I'm wondering what is going to happen when this bondo baby hits a big pot hole in the road and the body twist a little ? You said you were going to run a jeep rear axle because of the 5 on 4.5,just a friendly suggestion a ford 8.8 out of an old explorer has 5 on 4.5 and disk brakes

Dana’s are better than the 8.8 for this size of a car. Any more weight the ford might be a better choice.
