An Italian-style liver pâté, prepared at home, is delicious and ready in no time. It is excellent as an aperitif, spread on toasted bread, either on a bruschetta or on slices of French baguette.
INGREDIENTS:
500 gr of Beef Liver
1 large onion
A sprig of Rosemary and Sage
2 bay leaves
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil flavored with lemon
100 g of butter (butter)
1/2 glass of dry white wine (60 ml)
1 Tbsp Marsala or Cognac
Salt and ground black pepper
To present:
20 g of butter or clarified butter
Fresh aromatic herb leaves
Peppercorns
