The meal we had at SanBrite in 2018 was the most enjoyable and memorable dining experience we've ever had. It came as no surprise to hear that they have since been awarded a star. The butter was indeed astonishing as was all of the food and the amazing level of service from the staff.

Una mucca produce dai 30 ai 40 litri di latte al giorno, se sfruttata. Loro ne prendono solo 10 litri per mucca, é una cosa molto bella e rispettosa per l'animale.

Anche 60-70 una frisona. L'ha creata l'uomo e si tiene artificialmente in uno stato post parto altrimenti non farebbe latte per 3-4-5 anni per poi essere macellata, solitamente alla terza lattazione. Le fanno fare meno latte per sfruttarla meglio ma sempre sfruttamento è.

@@anarres1400 in realtà non sai se è incinta in continuazione o semplicemente ogni anno come tutti gli animali. Prendere 10 litri di latte al giorno in cambio di cibo e stalla mi sembra uno scambio piuttosto equo, a meno che tu non creda che sia possibile ospitare mucche gratis facendo loro il favore di non essere gravide, in modo che impazziscano durante la stagione degli amori e divengano magari malate, però così i vegani sono contenti.

ci sono stato, sia da San Brite che a El Brite de Larieto. guardando questo video mi è salita una forte nostalgia di quelle montagne, spero di tornarci presto e consiglio a chiunque non l'abbia fatto di visitare entrambi i ristoranti. Per un esperienza meno impegnativa sicuramente il secondo può essere più semplice per un pranzo con amici o famiglia, soprattuto nei tavoli all'aperto d'estate.

Nha, go to Switzerland, Sud Tyrol people got the worst from both italic and German culture, they are highly racist with anyone who isn’t them, if a local steps in a place where there is a line, they will serve him first, happened on several occasions, they treat their seasonal employees like shit, when they want to talk I shit about you they immediately switch into Ladin or German in your face, so you don’t understand, the place looks like paradise on earth and there are few exception but overall their behavior sucks, they are no way efficient like their Germanic cousins but they act like they are, Just go there for vacation.

Wow! When we lived in Italy, north of Milan, we would often go to Cortina and other parts of the Dolomites. Some of my best childhood memories are from there. Was there a restaurant there before yours? It looks very much like one I vividly remember from decades ago, but don't know the name of. It was built into the slope of the mountain, with the restaurant on the lower floor. The dining area had a high, angled ceiling, and at the time the seating was at long rectangular tables on either side of the center aisle. Outside, along the right side of the building, were steps cut into the mountain leading up to a small patio against the upper level. One of the reasons I remember it so well is that my mother had pasta with octopus & its ink.

Hi! no there was nothing before Sanbrite, it was just a hill on the side of the road. The restaurant was built from scratch 10 years ago. Could it be that you went to eat at "Leone and Anna" restaurant? It's still in the Alverà area, a little closer to Cortina and they do amazing Sardinian seafood based cuisine

Quella crema ha un’aria veramente golosa; la assaggerei volentieri. È risaputo e ampiamente documentato però che il burro da panna centrifuga ha qualità organolettiche e batteriologiche molto più alte del burro da affioramento. Inoltre da video quel burro sembra avere una percentuale di acqua molto alta.

Unfortunately, every day, we hear someone demonizing some products (specially "fatty" foods). I don't want to write the usual bs but it's inevitable in this case: how can anyone believe who something made in this way can be bad for health? The (few) rules to follow are always the same, so eating (as much as possible) unprocessed food, diversifying own diet and not exceeding the quantities. Regarding the video, it's even unnecessary to write anything: just watch to understand, it's all gorgeous.
