Well he got what he deserved. His mistress turned wife, refuses to do any housework and getting a job would be beneath her. He thought it was funny to torture his now ex-wife and telling her she's not family, she was worthless despite literally working and supporting his family and cooking and cleaning. Well now he and his family get to learn what to them the "useless " ex-wife actually did. The new wife if forced to do laundry. Unlike the ex-wife who carefully hand washed what needed to be. Yeah, no, new wife will just toss it all in the washer and then dryer. Cooking would mean she'd A would have to know how B would mean she might break a nail and have to like get dirty or touch stuff that might be slimy. Plus spend hours preparing wouldn't fly.

The minute your partner says you aren't part of the family is the minute you should be heading for divorce court. Do not assume they are joking around. They just showed you exactly who they are - believe it and move on. This first conversation should have told her the kind of man she married and should have been enough for her to pack her bags and leave. She is not Cinderella waiting for her fairy god-mother.

I'm surprised she stayed this long I mean part of it was to make it so they'd suffer when she leaves but the fact it got to this point. At least she's out of there now & got her revenge. I was kinda hoping John's mom & sister were nice with the reason he was caught(besides detective & seeing he used OP's money) was cause he lied that his family was with him when the had no idea & are pissed he mistreated his wife. The family may have not considered OP family but they sure as hell wish they did now since they're out a lot of money & can't do shit on their own, wouldn't be surprised if John eventually loses his job due to issues at home or just ends up an embarrassment at work cause he can't clean/iron his clothes. I wonder what the mom thinks now? John lied about his wife to her & she learned just how devastating the truth was when OP had enough. Not only that OP makes more than John, John has been using OP's money & John doesn't make enough for the family to a lavish life let alone find someone to do the chores. On top of that OP not only learned he's cheating on her but John had to pay alimony & pay back what he stole, they're also stuck trying to do shit for themselves cause the hoe he married/had an affair with doesn't know how to & can't find/keep a job. They can't even message OP anymore to beg her to return cause she blocked them, they're lucky they weren't sued for harassment & that she didn't get a restraining order. I get the feeling the mom & sister's mistreatment of OP will turn to the new wife(maybe worse than ever since OP was better & they likely blame the new wife some) & John when he tries to fight back gets to see what his first wife dealt with as his family make it clear they blame him just as much as they blame the hoe. John is forced to earn money for his family as they slowly fall apart & he gets to slowly feel what it's like to become an outsider when he should be considered part of the family. I hope OP if she chooses to try again finds a guy that cares for her with a family that actually accept her as a member of the family instead of an outsider/slave.
