Funny how she's too old to look after her daughter, yet strong enough to break a door lock. Not that I know exactly how much strength it takes but I imagine it's not easy.

Extended Aftermath: Relatives intervened after so much begging from the mom, and sent May to a facility on the cheap. May gets treated like crap by the staff there, and it made her realize she was a horrible sister to OP. She wished she just endured her mom's caretaking instead of being picking, but the relatives told her she had it coming. Not long after, the mother also got sent to the same location as she developed dementia. The two would get into constant fights until the mother forgotten who May is, but not OP. May learns how well OP is doing and she's angry that her own sister is doing better than her

When parents put all of their love to one child and not the other they don't have a clue of all the hurt the other child is going through and the parents don't care either. So it is best if the other child can work and save up and get the hell out of a hell house when they can. It will save the other child a lot of years of therapy that they don't have the money to pay for at the start.

Karen your older daughter doesn't have to do as you say she's not a child anymore so back off you momster. And it doesn't matter if it's your child's house you broke into it's still illegal to that, duh. It really does disgust me when 'parents' call their own kid's ugly and worthless and have a damn favorite child.

I am starting to understand why Dad divorced Mom. This toxic woman, is she noticed by other people out and about? Tradecraft seems out of bounds with lack of self awareness. “I had no idea” seems believable. Delusional must have a complex mind so that’s out. Naomi also shows wonderful poise by remaining literal like a pre teen on steroids. All very understandable so we will see how far she can trap her mother in reality. And there it is “hoisted on her own petard”.

Why is Naomi/Nayomee being pronounced Nyomi/Niyomee?
@dragonfliesnh42042 күн бұрын
It's pronounced either way. "Ni-o-me" is the common way it's pronounced where I live.

Unless she had them way late in life, how is Sarah considered elderly when Naomi is only 25 and May is even younger? I swear in these stories, they make it seem like anyone over 29 is ancient.
@dragonfliesnh42042 күн бұрын
If she didn't have them later in life, and based on her guilt tripping behavior, she was probably exaggerating trying to get Naomi to guilt her into helping. It's also possible that she adopted them, but I doubt it. For many human services organizations, "older adults" are typically 60 and up and "frail elderly" is often those who are in their 80s and up. Depending on the context, they could be considered as separate categories. But some places and people consider those who are 60 and up as "elderly". It annoys me because I work with older people and I don't consider someone under 80 as "elderly".
