Swamp thing by Allan Moore is a must read with that kind of art. Don’t get the absolute hardcovers though. I heard they did new coloring for those, get the trades?

Going from memory and could be wrong, I felt DC approaching this with them being antagonistic. And Flash is a golden age hero , one of the earliest speedster. The Flash is more about how Barry approaches a problem and Wally. It’s what separates those guys from the speedsters that came later
