I really like those early 2000's "Live action" (castle and cliff in this case) idents. They have a very cold and bleak feel to them though!

Scottish Television only used the ITV Generic look for about 3 months, from September 4, 1989 until December of 1989.

I take it the uploader of this video is English otherwise he would know that the last couple of ident's are not from STV and that STV IS NOT part of the ITV network. ITV 1 does not exist in Scotland.

+hoggy2much999 Actually it does! STV is part of the ITV network because it is a Channel 3 licence holder. STV = ITV1 in Scotland. STV must abide by the rules of ITV licence in order, to continue as the Channel 3 service provider, which won't be for much longer if rumours are proved to be true..re STV2...

A Computer Chip As a Scottish person, I can confirm that itv 1 isn’t available in Scotland, we still have stv to this day

@@LucamacGuy ITV is available in southern Scotland; ITV Border includes the Scottish Borders and Dumfries & Galloway
