Thank you for the video. Made a loaf the other day and they are super yummy and soft. Just wondering if the dough can be pre-made and then bake the next day? If so how would I do it. Thanks :)

Wow, hope you can send me photo after making. It is Recommended to bake the bread and store them into ziplock bag, keep out any air and store in freezer, this way it will keep longer and remain soft, just thaw till soft before eating.
From Kate ,Houston, TX . Wendy, I love to see your show. I used my Bread Maker with your super soft milk bread recipe. Select Basic, but cut down 20 minutes for the whole process. The result is super & expended bigger than regular. Is super soft!. Thanks.

Hi Kate, I have a bread maker too and was thinking about using it on this recipe. May I ask how did you do it in the bread maker and why you select Basic and not the Dough setting? And why/how did you cut down 20 mins ? Thanks!

HI Kate, I was just about to ask if we can use this recipe using a bread machine.So we set to Basic setting, and incorporate the butter accordingly. Did you also bake in the machine or remove to degas/roll to bake in bread tin? Thank you.

Hi Wendy, I tried this recipe, it was very soft and fluffy. However I had a small problem. The top half of my bread is soft and airy, but at the base of the bread, the crumbs are tighter and a bit dense. Do you know what's the reason? Thanks!

Maybe is abit underbaked at the bottom, be sure your oven settings is set for top bottom heat. Also be sure to knead them well till pass window pane test. Also try to unmould them while hot, to prevent steam from mould make bottom soggy
