Iyanla really should have her OWN SHOW.... Especially since Dr. Oz... Dr. Phil TD Jakes and others have had their shows.;. I want to see her on the TV EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She really makes a difference in people lives... She is the REAL DEAL !!!! So why not have your own show... like a Dr. Dre or other therapist... she's a TEACHER... I hate I have to WAIT to see her... She needs a talk show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love her!!!!

Janet, Barbara did not discover her. She was on Oprah's show pretty regularly and Barbara's camp offered her a show. At the same time there was something brewing with Oprah and her camp but they wanted to wait a few years before giving Iyanla a show. Instead of waiting, Iyanla went with Barbara. This is what led to the rift with her and Oprah that lasted for several years.

One of the things I love about Dollar Tree are the people I meet there. I have met some of the nicest folks, and had the best conversations with strangers there. The best is when I meet other crafters who love watching DIY videos, and we find that we are following and are inspired the same creative KZbinrs! My favorite is "Dazzling Designs by Denise". She takes common items from Dollar Tree, and makes beautiful home decor items that look expensive.

Jacqueline Carter I think the host is having a great conversation. Iyanla speaks plenty in this video. When people have their own TV shows or have other jobs where they do the majority of the talking, sometimes other hosts have to talk over them or cut them off once in awhile to guide the conversation. It isn't a good look to let the guest take over your show.
