The triangle was more challenging than expected. I had to use two Yoga blocks on top of each other an even then it was intense.

Hi Emmanuelle, that’s great use even more height if you need to as you begin. Or bring your hand to your leg or a wall. When you continue to practice, your body will respond. It take courage to face ourselves. Well done. 👏🏻🙏🏻
