Dear Stephanie, Beautiful session! Thank you! i loved it. One question: I used to be able to get up in handstand with both feet easily (15 years ago - I am 57). Then I had an arm injury and I lost the ability completely except one time in those 15 years when I was fasting. Is there a way to relearn getting up with two legs at a time? It is such a nice feeling that I would so like to experience again! But I am afraid my shoulders have gotten too stiff :(. Greetings from Berlin, Julia

Hi Julia, my apologies for the late reply - I somehow missed your comment 🙈. I have some ideas for you but I need a little bit more info first… Are you referring to jumping up with 2 legs, bent? Or lifting with 2 straight legs? Are you currently able to kick up one leg at a time?
