Dear Vijaya, Have you practiced the classes on shoulder strength and mobility just downloaded last week? Also take a look at the class for Hyperextended Elbows, IY for Carpal tunnel, and Tense neck and shoulders. These class will have lots for the arms but also for the neck and shoulders. Depending on your condition these may address the weak areas. Take a look and let me know. All the videos are listed on the site under Video tab. I enjoyed this practice. So relaxing. I was squeezing the glutes while doing upavistha konasana? Is that OK or should I have kept relaxed?

Hi Emma, think more about descending the thigh at the head of the femur bone and descend the top of the buttocks downward. Spread the buttocks so entire back leg moving toward the floor.
