Hi I have a product owner interview with EY. I have shifted my career from services to products. Could you please let me know the best way to manage the interview confidently by highlighting the areas in product management?

Hi Thanks for sharing this. I have cleared PSM 1 and thinking of clearing pspo with new scrum guide in next year early can you suggest if I can still apply for Product owner role as an entry level if with PSM 1 only or have to appear for PSPO and then apply what are the chances? Or plz suggest where to head for next certificate PSM 2 or PSPO?

we will recommend you checking these two videos kzbin.info/www/bejne/ioetZYRnabGMj9U kzbin.info/www/bejne/hnmviYmJnNJqqrs In general, you need to find what all is needed for a given PO role and how you develop those competencies, doing programs like CSPO is a good to start but more things are needed than certification. We are not specialized in the PSPO program so can't comment on it.

Saket, How does a product owner helps creating a backlog for a completely new product/project?
@izenbridge3 жыл бұрын
It depend on the nature of the work, say if its a project, that you start with looking at what is given in contract / project charter / vision and start talking about. If it is for a business case than you may start with Persona Identification and once agreed with stakeholder on Persons, you focus on problem your product is trying to solve which leads to identification of first set of things for your product backlog. These two are an example, you may have many such approaches which helps you in finding customer needs to start with.

@@izenbridge So, in a way we are focussing on MVP here?
@izenbridge3 жыл бұрын
@@trivedivya07 if you are working in area where you do not have established market or product going MVP way is good idea. In other case you can work for first release rather than MVP
