Sir, Thank you very much for this video...I m a big fan of your videos...and planning to take a course...i came across a situation in my new project where client mgr is of the opinion that scrum team is self sufficient they have good rapport with PO, they don't need SM at all...not sure what risks involved in this..

I appreciate you asking let's explore the risk associated with it rather than saying it is right or wrong. I feel if the team is small and have been working for a while together they may not need that much mentoring and coaching but if that is not the case, in absence of Scrum master the transparency and inspect/adapt in team may reduce.

This is scenario, there is only 10 days of sprint and on 11th day value needs to be delivered, As a Scrum Master how you will approach and take actions from Day 1 to Day 10 ? How you will plan and do things.

The day 1 , define the value and plan for value (Sprint Planning ) Day 2 to 9: Facilitate Inspect and Adapt to value, mean show what is done to stakeholders, take feedback, remove issues,. SM does it with daily scrum and removing Impediments Day 10: Reconfirm that value has achieved and deliver. Sprint Review. One can deliver value in between also, you do not have to wait for sprint to finish if you have achieved the value on day 5, you deliver it

As a SM do can he reduce the no of Scrum meeting especially Story telling/pointing session which is 1 hr everyday for the upcoming 1-2 sprints? We have a Onshore PO who drives this call and team reviews story/Bug and using planning poker tool for estimation. What is the approach we can take to reduce frequency of this call? Our Velocity is ~65.

Its a retrospective topic, as SM you can think of , What in your view is the benefit of this call and what are the wastage you see in this call. See its your view only, and you may want to take view of team and understand what they feel is happening. once that is done, as a team we explore how can we reduce the wastage and improve the benefits.

Some of these scenarios, one should use common sense and do what is best for the team. There is not an one answer fits all.
