The Cole mixtape era was unmatched. Definitely a dope time to live through.

Man, I hope we get FNL and The Warm Up also. Some of Cole's best work is on his mixtapes. Truly Yours series too in a perfect world 😂
@EpicPalmTreeАй бұрын
I love these stories. He's the hometown hero while growing up in Fayetteville. I found the warm up while in high school. I went back immediately to find the come up when he referenced it. Listening to this new podcast reminds me of the initial feelings I had back then. Feeling like I can do big things even from a city like Fayetteville. Cole is going to inspire with this pod.

Cole is back to being the Rollout king if he’s finally getting The Warm Up and Friday night lights on dsp
@JMK235Ай бұрын
Glad “The Come Up” is on Streaming, having the back catalog music from the mixtape era on DSP’s is the great next to owning a physical copy of it. Feels like this and the audio series is a slow burning approach to building the foundation for the “Fall off”.
@TeyWay23_tvАй бұрын
If he really retires after the fall off as a fan this feels like the right to do it it’s like we really get to understand and still reminisce when we was younger listening to Cole in school cause everything he was rapping was really happening especially like a song like school daze majority of niggas was like Cole in school and in the hood we was cool with the street dudes but never got involved and never glorified it we cried when our close friends died from being in the streets

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts at the end of the series. As a fan, I love it! Makes Cole so relatable and really just embodies his nature. Plus all these drops on dsp, vinyls, and now we got 8 new unreleased songs in the inevitable site And all leading up to the garden show. I’m here for it! 💐

I actually think Cole releasing his old mixtapes on DSPs will rope some “on the fence fans” back in. Too the ones that didn’t like his earlier mixtape stuff for whatever reason may hear them with new ears and realize how dope they are..genius idea by Cole’s team..along with the audio series is pretty dope 🔥

Datpiff had us on lock when the mixtape wasn't on dsp, they been collecting the bag for more than a decade, maybe January 28th might be the "Fall Off".

As long time Cole Fan this is easily the best news, plus the podcast with him and Ib is fire man. You always wonder what those times were like for your favourite artist through their journey, so any time an artist decides to give you insight it’s dope to see, especially when you know how low Profile Cole is. I’m excited for the Fall Off. 🔥🔥🔥

My introduction to Cole is the same as yours. I heard the Warm Up first and then went back to listen to the Come Up. I’m excited for the podcast series and other mixtape drops (which I think he will do). When FNL drops, the internet will go wilds. This all seems like a lead up to the Fall Off and then him retiring.

If neither one yall dont want to yall podcast its cool. Similar to how music artists started calling things projects instead of mixtape, album, or ep. Audio Series works lol But I was similar to you I caught word of Cole literally the day the Warm Up dropped so although I'm a huge fan I'm not as emotionally connected to the Come Up as I am to other projects. It was still dope to hear the behind the scenes stories so that makes me appreciate it a bit more. My favorites are Lil Ghetto Nigga and Can't Cry. But like you said by the Warm Up he was so much better so it was hard to keep going back to the The Come Up

What if on the fall Off, Cole is rapping over versions of his old classic beats or songs (e.g port Antonio and dead presidents beat). Re-releasing his old catalogue and the podcast making us feel all nastoligic and shit. On the new fall Off beats, he is demonstrating his growth over the years. 🤔

They will also get mad at anyone who doesn’t d ride like they do
