J. Krishnamurti - Brockwood Park 1978 - Seminar 7 - What is it that flowers?
Summary:
Q: Can a mind that is committed flower at all?
The total mind is in a self-created trap. It is aware of this when there is pain. To escape from that pain creates another trap.
Thought in its very seed is limited. Can thought, consciousness, the totality of it, be aware of itself?
If there is insight there is intelligence, and thought then has its place.

This channel is managed by the Krishnamurti Foundation Trust, UK, and by the Krishnamurti Foundation of America.
The role of the foundations was described by Krishnamurti when he said, 'The foundations will see to it that these teachings are kept whole, are not distorted, are not made corrupt. They will not give rise to any sectarian spirit in their activities... nor create any kind of place of worship around the teachings or the person.'
We maintain extensive archives of Krishnamurti's original works and all four Krishnamurti foundations are actively engaged in the publication of material in various forms.
Our videos contain thousands of subtitles in more than 25 languages, translated by volunteers from all over the world. If you would like to help us with translating subtitles, please contact us at digital@kfoundation.org

we all know how brilliant k was, but the very human dialogue is what I find kind of peacefully, the interchange of "thought" in the very moment, how is building up itself in a very armounius way...that to me is enough

Physical scientists are raising questions mostly on the physical, while K is saying we're only physical manifestations of our psyches. It's indivisible, no centers, no egos, just occurs with apt conditions and circumstances. Unless we realize flower just is, there's no separation of I, flower nor seeing the flowering of it, we can't understand this sage's pathless land. Choiceless Awareness, just is, no mental distinctions. It sprouts, grows, blooms, decays and dies, the flow of total consciousness in time-space bounded existence. Thanks K and friends..

You have caught the essence. I think what he means is that we need only exist as a natural living organism from moment to moment without worrying about what's next(time) in store. Everything created by thought only takes us away from the truth, i.e., that seen with awareness that is free from man-made concepts. Life is not required to be fitted in the concepts about it.

Thank you everybody who involved in this work. I have some questions: 1. Did Krishna refered that discussed love as God's love? Because man's love is always limited. 2. Ritual was produced by thought, hence it gives pain. So, can a religion that based on rituals produces love? 3. Can we sum-up our loves as a collective love? 4. Can an enforcement of criminal law be called as an act of love? Whose love is that: man's collective love or God's love?

When Thought Ends, Magic Begins Within the stillness of non-movement and the embrace of silence lies the fertile ground where synchronicities bloom. Here, the walls of separation begin to crumble, revealing the truth that thought, in its very essence, has erected the illusion of division within this dimension. In the realm of logic, where thought reigns supreme, miracles seem like fleeting shadows, mere coincidences too improbable to believe. Yet, when thought surrenders its hold and non-movement becomes our sanctuary, we awaken to the dance of divinity unfolding around us. Suddenly, the numbers 222, 444, 777 appear like celestial whispers, guiding our steps. The people we hold in our hearts call, the videos we yearn for appear, and opportunities, like luminous threads, weave themselves into our path. We find ourselves in the right place at the right time, faith blossoming within us as silence blankets the world. In this space of non-movement, clarity emerges, revealing the intricate design behind the magic. We understand that these coincidences, too vast and complex to comprehend, are not accidents but orchestrations of a divine order. They are the bridge that guides us away from the rigid cause-and-effect paradigm and into a paradigm of limitless possibilities. As each individual experiences this shift, the collective consciousness ascends, generating a wave of magic that washes away suffering and replaces it with an ocean of bliss. This expansive energy, radiating from the core of our being, propels us towards the ultimate goal: Nirvana, Heaven, a state of perfect unity and unwavering peace. The journey to this sacred destination lies within the quietude of our own hearts. By silencing the clamor of the mind and embracing the stillness of non-movement, we become instruments of divine magic, contributing to the grand symphony of interconnectedness that sings the song of existence.

I know the deity, the savior who can free you from your painful prison and dreadful life. A sacrifice must be dedicated to the Lord in order for you to enter into the heavenly abode of freedom and to join the most high in the very beautiful, the garden of Bliss. Side effects include wallet-ache, slavery, begging syndrome, violent dumb offspring and self-destructive behavior.

The difference between K and Jesus is that K treats the listeners as adults and when a listener mentions "children" into the talk, K jolts, while Jesus treats his followers as children and give teachings in parables.... That time, this time, people behave the same, coming from twisted education.

This is a unique opportunity to see first hand how traditionally trained medical practitioners (Shainberg and Parchure) express great difficulty in accepting that there can be an alternative approach to understanding psychological pain differently to the pathological model they learned in medical school. They won’t listen to the natural meditative reasoning espoused by Krishnamurti and supported to some extent by Dr Bohm. It shows the blockage that specialist knowledge clings to because their reputation as ‘doctors’ is being challenged by a person (Krishnamurti) who’s facts about the holistic approach to consciousness are being proposed as a non-clinical approach that dissolves conflict, contradiction etc completely by simply beginning the understanding enquiry without predetermined knowledge in the way of concepts, principles or conclusions. A triumph for the intelligence of a ‘free’ mind (insight) as against the presumption of the intellectual capacity of stored up knowledge psychologically.

Too much philosophical and poetic rubbish going on here. Just like the case with most religious texts that I know of. J Krishnamurti is a perfect example of those awakened men who ends up creating scriptures, either intentionally or otherwise. Probably this is the case because of the training that he was put through as a child.
