Ingredients:
Wingette :10 pc
Salted egg yolk: 5pc
Cooking wine: 1tsp
Seasoning:
Salt: 2 tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Chicken broth powder: 1.5 tsp
Cooking wine: 1 bottle cap
Soy sauce: half tbsp
Egg: 30g
Cornstarch: 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder: a pinch
Mixed flour for deep fried :
Cornstarch: 4 tbsp
Tapioca starch: 4tbsp
Baking powder: 1 tsp
To slow cook meshed salted egg yolk:
Butter 15 g
Deep fried crispy garlic: a pinch
