今天我跟大家說髕骨疼痛症, 英文叫做 Patellofemoral Pain. 其實髕骨在哪裡呢? 簡稱叫菠蘿蓋, 膝關節中間就是大腿和小腿中間的膝關節前面就俗稱為菠蘿蓋. 菠蘿蓋上面有一條四頭肌的韌帶, 菠蘿蓋下面有一條韌帶去到我們小腿骨上面的. 這個菠蘿蓋在醫學名稱是髕骨大家在網上搜尋可能會找到runner’s knee syndrome...
Today I am talking about patellofemoral pain. Where is patella? It is our kneecap. It located in between the femur and tibia.The kneecap is in front of the knee joint. Above the knee cap attached with quadriceps ligament. Below has another ligament attached to tibia, medical term is patella. Everyone might search it as runner’s knee syndrome....
