My only concern @ Zion is his keeping up with the pace of NBA games. Last season, I heard G League players distinguish the pace of regular games as something that 'takes a lot of getting used to.' So, 6'6, 280 lbs...I don't know. Although, he is familiar with carrying that weight on a daily basis.

@drew8324
@drew8324 5 жыл бұрын
The Original Kobby it be a sight to see tho. Like imagine what he could do players offensively on the frame with the right set of skills? All he would need is AI handles & and and unblockable shot like Kareem’s & I can see him being a MASSIVE offensive threat with those two skills alone. These are just hypotheticals. Also from a defense aspect that frame is really poor the only thing that might be a benefit at that size is probably smaller hands/fingers so stealing the ball might be a bit easier versus being average sized(nba). But I’ve seen CP3 hold off KD defensively and it’s at minimum 10” in height between them, so true size does matter. It’s just to what extent. We all know you can be 5’7 in the NBA it’s happened before, but can you be the best. That’s up to time

It probably a good bet that Ja Morant will make a faster impact than Zion, but I don't really care much on how fast all I'm looking at is who will make the bigger impact. You can drop a pebble from 10 feet into a river and it will make some ripple, but if you drop a boulder from 20 feet into the same river it will definitely make a much bigger ripple. Ja Morant is the pebble form 10 feet and Zion Williamson is the boulder from 20 feet.

@Lesane Crooks shaq was the most durable big man in the history. Maybe being lazy during practice helped him. But zion really needs to slim down a bit. He aint no 7 foot giant

Lesane Crooks Really? Shaq doesn’t play and didn’t need to play like zion. You’ve seen shaq drive from the baseline or top of the key? He down there at the post just backing down. Didn’t need to jump high cuz he’s already 7”2.

Throughout Ford’s tenure as premier, he has attacked education from every available angle. First, he slashed the sexual education curriculum; then, he cancelled an updated Indigenous education plan; lately, in what almost feels like a show of gratuitous violence, he’s been taking aim at special needs funding, class sizes, phone usage, teacher jobs, and more. It’s infuriating and sad and terrifying and, for our province’s most vulnerable students, catastrophic.

Zion is built like a top TE. The only concern I have about him is his shot. I see him as a way stronger Westbrook. Ja has huge upside. I think they are both going to change the culture of the NBA back to that 90's strong key oriented style. Zion reminds me of Larry Johnson and Ja has shades of Penny Hardaway. R.J. is Allen Houston like (N.Y. loved Houston).

My prediction for their rookie year averages: Zion: 20 points 8 rebounds 4 assists 48%fg 68%ft 25% from 3 Ja: 17-20 points 3 rebounds 8 assists 45%fg 85%ft 34% from 3 I think they'll both be able to average 20, Zion will likely be the #1 option especially while Ingram is out & it'll likely be a 1A 1B thing when they're both playing & as for Ja there's nobody on the Grizzlies who should have opportunity to score the ball more than him except maybe Triple J. I think we'll see multiple 30 point double double performances from both of them as well

I would buy this before the trade because Zion and AD games don't mix. Zion and Ball's game mix perfectly. He's going to have Highlights every night with ally oops, up court passes, pick and rolls, and all sorts of other fast moving plays that involve Zion catching a Dime from Zo and exploding to the Hoop. Lonzo is the PERFECT Point Guard for Zion, I literally can't think of a better PG for 18 year old Zion. Zo can run\dribble faster than anyone
