Very nice. I’m sitting in my garage right now watching this, with my yellow 92 348 Tb right behind me. I live in Vancouver Canada and with all the supercars up here it’s surprising how few 348s I’ve seen on the road. I’d say maybe two I’ve seen in the last 16 years. I’ve never seen another yellow one. I’ve thought exactly what you said, I think they are abused, neglected and kind of trashed. Kinda sad, as I still love mine after almost two decades of ownership.

I think the last of the manuals on the Ferraris were with the 599. Somehow only a handful of those made it out and they command a massive premium. I wonder if the Challenge wheels were white previously? I tend to see the challenge cars with white wheels. Beautiful example but prefer the Berlinettas. :) I think there was also a challenge rear tail light grille which gave slightly better cooling (all perforated). Glorious sound too, almost as good as the 355 when they started with the 5 valves.

I have a fly yellow 348ts and I love the car. It's nice to see a fellow owner do a real review on this car. I've had a modern Ferrari and sold it. It turned out to be less reliable and not really much more fun. I'm not sure why the 348 had such a stigma about it. It is the first modern Ferrari with the engine laid out the way it is it is much more reliable and less problematic than the 355. I truly think it is the best bang for your buck in the Ferrari world at the moment. I also think that the worlds view on these cars are changing and that these cars will become more sought after in the next few years. They sound amazing(yours is the best I've ever heard) look iconic,high revving,gated manual, and NA which is a thing of the past now. Great video please make more.

The 348 Spyder is on my list for sure...the engine note has a metallic ( I know the engine is made of metal🤨) ring to it more than any other Ferrari V8...i can recall one lumbering down my block one night....it was black, you could barely see the thing but the exhaust note and the fact that the silhouette was so low to the ground caught my attention.... it was moving at less than 35mph with an engine speed of no more than 3,000 and it produced a low, mid and high range of metallic buzzing and rubbing that sticks in my mind til this day

Only thing I never really liked about the 348 is the stupid looking mirrors. Poor mans Ferrari is a clone 348 built from a Pontiac Fiero. You can't beat that Ferrari sound.... well maybe the 3 rotor can, but thats it.
