Its always Minsc's predictably unpredictable nature which grants the disruptive chaos that Jaheira needs to salvage a bad situation. You can depend on Minsc not to get himself killed even when charging recklessly into danger, and you can depend on Jaheira to form a plan on the fly and use that big oaf's recklessness to their advantage.
